A terminal switching layout set along the Fox River in Green Bay during August 1952. The POGB connects to the C&NW, GB&W, and Milwaukee Road providing service to a paper mill, grain elevator, wholesale grocer, cold storage warehouse, furniture factory, marine construction contractor, gravel dump, maritime transshipment terminal, coal yard, team track, and a couple bulk petroleum dealers. Two crews of two work together to move about 70 cars in a typical low-stress three-hour operating session.
